🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee
and manage electrical power and low-voltage system projects
- Review
project requirements, drawings, and technical documentation
- Coordinate
resources and activities across all project phases
- Ensure
compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
- Prepare
progress reports, schedules, and project documentation
- Lead
technical teams and support field operations
- Communicate
directly with clients to address project needs and challenges
- Maintain
high levels of quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
🎓 Qualifications &
Skills
- Bachelor’s
degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3–5
years of experience as an Electrical Project Engineer
- Strong
communication and leadership skills
- Outspoken,
confident personality able to address challenges directly
- Ability
to build strong working relationships with clients and teams

3️⃣ Mechanical Engineer –
Mechanical Systems
Requirements:
- Minimum
5 years of mechanical engineering experience
- Strong
knowledge of HAP for heat-load calculations
- Experience
in firefighting system design
- Proficient
in AutoCAD and Revit
- Preferably
experienced in major building projects (hospitals, hotels, commercial
buildings)
