Vacancies and Job Descriptions
1. Gibson Board Carpenter
You’ll craft furniture, panels, and partitions with
precision. A love for detail and hands-on work is a must – if you enjoy seeing
your work come to life, this is your role.
2. Aluminum Specialist
Cut, shape, and install aluminum fittings for windows,
doors, and façades. Ideal for someone who likes clean finishes and durable
results.
3. Coring Technician
Responsible for precise drilling and coring work in
construction projects. Attention to detail is key to ensure structural safety.
4. Banking Receptionist
You’ll be the first smile clients see! Manage calls,
appointments, and inquiries while keeping the front desk professional and
welcoming.
5. Heavy Licence Driver
Transport materials and equipment safely around the city.
Must have a clean driving record and enjoy being on the road.
6. Electricians
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across
facilities. If circuits, wires, and troubleshooting excite you, this is your
job.
7. Fire Alarm Technician
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems.
Safety is your top priority – your work literally protects lives.
8. General Mechanic
Keep machines, generators, and vehicles in top condition.
You’re hands-on, methodical, and enjoy fixing things.
9. BMU Operator
Operate Building Maintenance Units safely for high-rise
cleaning and maintenance. Focus and safety-consciousness are essential.
10. BMS Operator
Monitor and manage Building Management Systems. Ensure
smooth operations and timely troubleshooting of building systems.
11. Cleaners (Male/Female)
Maintain spotless, hygienic workspaces. A keen eye for
cleanliness and dedication to high standards is essential.
12. Helper / Skilled Labour
Assist in various maintenance, construction, and facilities
management tasks. A flexible and hardworking attitude is required.
13. Handyman
Perform small repairs, maintenance, and improvements around
facilities. Perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems quickly.
14. Secretary
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence. You’ll
be the organizational backbone of the office – friendly, efficient, and
professional.
15. IT Technician (Cisco Certified)
Manage and troubleshoot IT networks, including Cisco
systems. Ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and tech challenges.
16. Administrator
Support office operations, maintain records, and assist
management. You’re organized, proactive, and keep the office running smoothly.
17. MEP Supervisor
Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site.
Ensure work meets standards and deadlines – perfect for experienced leaders.
18. Civil Supervisor
Manage construction projects, supervise teams, and ensure
quality work on site. Experience in civil works and leadership is key.
19. Mason
Construct and repair walls, structures, and brickwork. You
love working with hands, cement, and bricks to create lasting results.
20. General Foreman
Lead teams on site, manage workflow, and ensure projects
stay on schedule. Leadership, communication, and experience are essential.
21. Plumber
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems. Pipes,
valves, and waterworks are your world.
22. Carpenter
Build, repair, and finish wooden furniture and structures.
Precision, patience, and craftsmanship are your strengths.
23. Welder
Join our team of metal specialists – weld structures,
maintain equipment, and ensure strong, precise joints.
24. Electrical Control Technician
Handle electrical control systems, panels, and automation.
You enjoy troubleshooting and keeping systems running smoothly.
25. Painter
Bring spaces to life with color. Surface preparation,
finishing, and attention to detail are key.
26. PL/FF Technician
Install and maintain plumbing fixtures and fire fighting
systems. You’ll keep buildings safe and operational.
27. Chiller Operator
Operate and maintain chiller systems for cooling buildings.
Monitoring and technical know-how are crucial.
28. HVAC Technicians
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and
air-conditioning systems. If cool air makes you happy, this is the job for you!
