Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for a Safety Supervisor. Someone
who isn’t just ticking boxes but actually cares about keeping people and
projects safe. You’ll be working on electrical substation maintenance
projects, so if you know your way around these sites, that’s a big plus.
Here’s what we need from you:
- Experience:
You’ve worked on electrical substation maintenance projects before. You
understand the hazards, the workflow, and how to prevent accidents before
they happen.
- Legal
Requirements: Must have a transferable visa and a Kuwaiti
driving license. No exceptions.
- Availability:
We need someone who can start immediately.
In this role, you’ll be the person everyone looks to for
guidance on safety procedures. You’ll spot potential risks before they become
problems. You’ll help the team follow the rules without slowing down the work.

What You’ll Be Doing

straight, the cash balanced, and the reports tidy. Your role is essential in
keeping our finance operations organized, accurate, and reliable. Here’s a
closer look:
1. Cash & Petty Cash Management
- Handle
petty cash like a pro and keep proper records.
- Reconcile
daily cash collections with sales.
- Prepare
and submit daily cash summaries without any headaches.
2. Invoice Verification & Documentation
- Check
supplier invoices (pricing, quantity, approvals).
- Match
invoices with GRNs, LPOs, and outlet reports.
- Keep
financial records organized so they’re easy to find.
3. Data & Excel Reporting
- Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain
trackers for expenses, inventory, and cash flow.
- Help
with reconciliations and reporting whenever needed.
4. Outlet Coordination
- Follow
up with outlets for missing documents and reports.
- Ensure
financial data comes in on time.
- Flag
any discrepancies so nothing slips through the cracks.
5. Payroll Support
- Assist
with attendance, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Keep
track of advances and deductions accurately.
6. Finance Team Support
- Help
with month-end closing and reconciliations.
- Support
audits and provide documentation when required.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3
years of experience in accounting, cashiering, or finance.
- Strong
Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Good
understanding of accounting basics.
- High
attention to detail—you notice the small things.
Bonus Points:
- Experience
in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet operations.
- Familiarity
with POS systems and cash handling.
