Accountant / Accounting Manager
📍 Location: Kuwait
(Applicants must be currently in Kuwait)
🔎 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the backbone of the finance department. The person
everyone relies on when it’s time to close the month… or explain the numbers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing,
maintaining & reviewing the Trial Balance
- Reviewing
accounting transactions before final posting
- Calculating
monthly depreciation
- Managing
monthly closing statements
- Monitoring
budget expenses & sales forecasts
- Reviewing
customer credit limits
- Leading
physical inventory counts
- Managing
cost accounting systems & documentation
- Handling
cost & inventory oversight, accounting & forecasting
- Administering
year-end audit processes
- Supporting
management with financial insights
Basically… you’ll be the financial gatekeeper.
✅ Requirements
- Currently
based in Kuwait
- BSc in
Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum
7+ years experience in Finance & Accounting
- At
least 3+ years in a similar leadership role
- ERP
system experience
- Retail
background (highly preferred)
- Advanced
MS Excel skills
- Strong
analytical mindset & attention to detail
- Excellent
communication & teamwork skills
