What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop,
monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare
baseline programs and track progress against plans.
- Forecast
potential delays and identify critical paths.
- Coordinate
with multidisciplinary project teams to keep everyone aligned.
- Prepare
reports and updates for management and clients.
- Use
planning software like Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
to create accurate, actionable schedules.
- Solve
problems and anticipate challenges before they become issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering (any discipline).
- Minimum
8 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and baseline
management—construction, oil & gas, or engineering projects preferred.
- Proficiency
in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and other scheduling tools.
- Strong
analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
- Excellent
communication skills, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset.
- Must
have valid residency in Kuwait.
