Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls.
• Check with logistic team regarding orders.
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
• Document expenses and hand in reports.
• Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
• Create Schedules and maintain office operations.
• Set up company meetings and conferences, and handle necessary
documents and notes to relevant parties.
• Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and
• implemented.
• Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
• Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
• Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
