Job Summary

Employee forms highly skilled maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting work involved with electrical systems. Electrical work may be performed in a number of areas including but not limited to heating, refrigeration, motors, fire alarms and generator equipment.

Job Responsibilities

LT Panels Maintenance
Load calculations of the electrical equipment and distribution system
Installs, services and repairs lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets and wiring
Operates power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment
Installs, repairs and services specialized electrical equipment and machinery
Reads electrical circuit diagrams
Transfers primary power from one power source to another
Installs conductors, splices cable, builds terminations and does necessary hook-up for primary power lines
Installs low voltage electric lines and conduits for telephone systems

Candidate Requirements

2 – 5 years of experience in similar roles

Legal Collection Supervisor

1. BASIC FUNCTIONS AND SCOPE OF WORK:

Ensures effective collection follow-up on Legal portfolio and timely collection of receivables
Improve collection in Legal to reduce bad debts provision
Handle customer service-related queries and complaints

2. PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Achieve Legal Collection KPIs set by the management. Ensure collections are maximized for Kuwaiti, non-kuwaiti segment and different collection aged buckets

Ensure to identify and timely flagging of Skipper customer

Supervision of day-today collection follow-up activities of team pertaining to Legal portfolio, the key responsibilities are:
- Allocate Legal outstanding customer to collection agents for daily follow-up
- Publish collection performance report by agent and age bucket
- Publish daily call volume report by agent to ensure adequate follow-up happens
- Evaluate agents follow-up call to ensure follow-up happens as per calling script

Send SMS to overdue customers as per the policy

Manage customer calls(inbound/outbound), handles queries or complaints

Monitor agents Calling script, volume, field visit and ensure to capture necessary documentation

Provide support to the agents on collection issues, provide feedback to sales operation/management with respect to underwriting issues if any

Maintain good relationship with Police department to help in Car Seizure/Jail Order activities

Co-ordinate with AI Legal court team for CPO, renewal of legal actions on customers

Review follow-up feedback received from agents and take necessary action

Provide required training/support to the team and ensure that team is working optimally

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss on issues, suggestion and provide solution

Publish report on collection performance to the management as applicable

Review various reports and identify the issues and provide timely solution

IT Specialist – Retail (SAP)

Its operations spread across 40 different countries. The role will be based in Kuwait. The person will be part of the Retail practice, predominantly focusing on the following business units:

Retail – this business unit includes: X-Cite – & Safat Home

Food & Beverage – this business unit operates the license for the following brands: Costa & Wendy’s

Additional business units are part of the Retail practice, including Supply Chain & Distribution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Provide consulting services during new implementations, rollout/enhancements and existing system support in SAP IS-Retail / SD / MM modules.
Conduct workshops to Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions / product modifications to satisfy business needs.
Proactively identify gaps / issues in the existing setup and propose business processes and/or system enhancements through standard / work around solutions.
Provide Super user training and user support as required.

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree, ideally from a computing or technology discipline.
Minimum SAP Consulting experience of 7+ years in SAP IS RETAIL / SD / MM.
Minimum 3 End to End implementation projects with at least 1 third party system Integration project.
Should be SAP MM/SD certified.
SAP Retail Skill Set: Article & Site Master, Assortments & Listing, MC & Hierarchies, Promotion and Bonus Buy, Planning & Replenishment
SAP SD Skill Set: O2C processes, Pricing, Outputs, Availability Check, Credit Management
SAP MM Skill Set: P2P processes, STO / Intercompany STO, advance payment, shipment and costing, Release strategies.
Integration Skill set: Should have worked on IDOC / RFC / Proxy / File Transfer interfaces.
Profound understanding of SAP Retail business processes and Cross Module Integration Areas (SD – MM / SD – FI / MM – FI / MM – WM)
Project Documentation Skillset: Blueprint / Config Doc / Solution Analysis Document (SAD) / FS / Integration Document / Test Scripts / User manuals
Technical Skillset: Identify standard User Exists / Enhancements / BADI’s / BAPI’s /Authorization objects / IDOCS etc.
Should multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
Very good communication skills, work Independently, Result-oriented, Team player, Flexible and strong in troubleshooting/analytical skills.
