We are a well-established Mechanical & Structural Steel
Fabrication Company based in Ahmadi, and due to ongoing and upcoming projects,
we’re urgently expanding our workforce.
If you’ve worked in heavy steel fabrication, vessel
manufacturing, blasting & coating, or industrial environments — and you
know your job well — we want to hear from you.
These are not entry-level roles. We’re looking for
experienced professionals who can step in and start contributing immediately.
🔧 Technical &
Fabrication Roles
Machinists – 10 Vacancies
Experience: 5–7 years
Job Description:
Operate conventional and CNC machines to produce precision components as per
engineering drawings. Responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, and
finishing metal parts while maintaining quality and accuracy. Must understand
tolerances and be able to work independently.
Grinding Operators – 10 Vacancies
Experience: 3–5 years
Job Description:
Perform surface grinding and finishing of fabricated components. Ensure smooth
finishes and correct dimensions according to drawings. Maintain tools and
equipment and follow safety procedures during operations.
Structural Fabricators – 5 Vacancies
Experience: 5–7 years
Job Description:
Fabricate structural steel components such as beams, columns, frames, and
supports based on fabrication drawings. Responsible for cutting, fitting,
aligning, and assembling steel structures before welding. Must be confident
reading drawings.
Vessel Fabricators – 5 Vacancies
Experience: 5–7 years
Job Description:
Fabricate pressure vessels, tanks, and heavy cylindrical structures as per
technical specifications. Handle layout marking, plate rolling, fitting, and
assembly. Experience in heavy fabrication and vessel standards is essential.
Mechanical Helpers – 10 Vacancies
Experience: 1–2 years
Job Description:
Assist fabricators, machinists, and mechanics in daily operations. Support
material handling, cleaning, basic tool preparation, and workshop assistance.
Ideal for candidates with basic industrial experience looking to grow.
Diesel Mechanic – 2 Vacancies
Experience: 5–7 years
Job Description:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and heavy equipment used in the
workshop or site. Responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting
faults, and ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently.
🎨 Blasting & Coating
Division
(KOC / KNPC Approval Mandatory)
Blasters – 10 Vacancies
Experience: 3–5 years
Job Description:
Carry out abrasive blasting of steel surfaces to required cleanliness standards
before coating. Ensure proper surface preparation, equipment handling, and
compliance with safety standards. KOC / KNPC approval required.
Airless Spray Painters – 6 Vacancies
Experience: 3–5 years
Job Description:
Apply protective coatings using airless spray equipment according to project
specifications. Monitor thickness, finish quality, and adherence to coating
procedures. KOC / KNPC approval mandatory.
Blasting & Coating Supervisors – 5 Vacancies
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Job Description:
Supervise blasting and coating activities on site or workshop. Ensure
compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and inspection
requirements. Coordinate with QC and project teams. KOC / KNPC approval
required.
Coating Inspectors – 5 Vacancies
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Job Description:
Inspect surface preparation and coating application processes. Measure DFT,
check environmental conditions, and ensure compliance with project standards
and specifications. KOC / KNPC approval mandatory.
🏗 Engineering Roles
QC Engineers – 5 Vacancies
Experience: 3–5 years
Job Description:
Oversee quality control processes for vessels and steel structures. Review
fabrication drawings, conduct inspections, prepare quality documentation, and
ensure compliance with industry standards. Experience in medium/heavy steel
fabrication required.
Production & Planning Engineers – 5 Vacancies
Experience: 3–5 years
Job Description:
Plan and coordinate fabrication activities, monitor production schedules, and
ensure projects are completed on time. Must be able to read and understand shop
fabrication drawings and coordinate between departments for smooth workflow.
🚛 Additional Roles
Heavy Duty Drivers / Forklift Operators – 4 Vacancies
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Job Description:
Operate heavy vehicles and forklifts for transporting materials within yard and
project sites. Ensure safe handling of heavy steel components and equipment.
Valid license and strong safety awareness required.

🎯 What You’ll Actually Be
Responsible For
This is a multi-unit operations leadership role. You will
oversee performance across branches and make sure the business runs smoothly,
profitably, and consistently.
Operational Strategy & Execution
- Develop
and implement operational strategies across all branches
- Standardize
processes to ensure consistent quality and service
- Identify
operational gaps and improve efficiency
Financial & Cost Control Management
- Monitor
branch-level P&L performance
- Control
food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses
- Improve
profitability without compromising guest experience
If you’ve ever reduced food cost through smarter purchasing
or tighter inventory control — you know what this means.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead
and mentor branch managers
- Hold
teams accountable for targets and service standards
- Support
recruitment, training, and performance improvement
We’re looking for someone who builds strong managers — not
someone who creates fear.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
- Work
closely with marketing to increase traffic and revenue
- Align
operational execution with promotional campaigns
- Ensure
readiness during peak periods and launches
Operations and revenue go hand in hand. You understand that.
Multi-Country Oversight
- Travel
between Lebanon and GCC branches when required
- Ensure
brand standards are maintained across all markets
Flexibility is essential.
👤 Who We’re Looking For
- Proven
experience in restaurant operations
- Multi-unit
management experience is highly preferred
- Strong
leadership presence — respected, confident, solution-oriented
- Marketing
awareness and commercial mindset
- Solid
execution skills (not just planning — doing)
- Ability
to manage pressure and make decisions quickly
- Willingness
to travel between Lebanon and abroad
