🔎 What They’re Looking
For
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5
years of hands-on experience in construction safety management
- Previous
exposure to oil & gas or industrial projects
- Strong
knowledge of HSE regulations, safety standards, and risk assessments
- Experience
conducting site inspections, internal audits, and preparing safety reports
- Ability
to develop and implement safety plans, procedures, and compliance
strategies
- Strong
communication and coordination skills — you’ll be working closely with
site teams and management
You should be confident identifying risks before they become
problems… and capable of enforcing safety standards without compromising
project timelines.
