✅ About the Role:
Al Shirawi Enterprises (L.L.C.), one of the UAE’s most
respected companies, is currently looking for a qualified and experienced
Document Controller to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will
play a key role in maintaining project documentation and supporting engineering
and site teams.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Organize,
manage, and control all project-related documents and records.
- Ensure
accurate numbering, stamping, and filing of engineering drawings and
documentation.
- Distribute
updated documents to internal teams, consultants, and clients.
- Coordinate
with project stakeholders to ensure document consistency and compliance.
- Assist
in the preparation of reports for inspections, audits, and final
handovers.
🎯 Requirements:
- ✅
Minimum 5 years of experience in Document Control, preferably in
the construction industry.
- ✅
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
- ✅
In-depth knowledge of construction documentation such as drawings,
submittals, RFIs, etc.
- ✅
Proficiency in document control software systems (Aconex, Procore,
etc.).
- ✅
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
