🔧 Position: Steel
Structural Supervisor
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Supervise
and manage steel structural works on-site for oil, gas, and industrial
projects
- Ensure
that steel fabrication, installation, and erection follow project
specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate
with project engineers, site teams, and contractors to meet project
deadlines
- Inspect
structural components for compliance with safety, regulatory, and
engineering standards
- Prepare
daily/weekly progress reports and highlight potential risks or delays
- Maintain
proper documentation of materials, inspections, and work logs
- Monitor
workforces and subcontractors to ensure productivity and adherence to
procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum
6–7 years of experience in Oil & Gas sector structural
projects
- Proven
experience in supervising steel structures, fabrication, and site
installations
- Transferable
residency in Kuwait is mandatory
- Strong
communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability
to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical
specifications
- Knowledge
of safety regulations and standards in the Oil & Gas industry

Urgent Hiring – Multiple Local Positions in
Kuwait
We are looking for skilled professionals and supervisors
to join our team in Kuwait. Candidates must be currently in Kuwait with
a transferable Article 18 visa. Immediate joining is preferred!
💼 Available Positions
& Job Descriptions:
1. Painter – KD 265
- Apply
paint, varnish, and coatings to surfaces in residential, commercial, or
industrial settings
- Prepare
surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming before painting
- Maintain
quality and ensure finishing standards are met
2. Mason – KD 265
- Construct,
repair, and maintain brick, block, and stone structures
- Follow
blueprints and specifications accurately
- Mix,
measure, and pour concrete or mortar as required
3. Plumber – KD 265
- Install,
repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sewage systems
- Troubleshoot
and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
- Ensure
compliance with safety standards and regulations
4. Electrician – KD 265
- Install,
maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems
- Read
and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Test
electrical systems to ensure safety and efficiency
5. Carpenter – KD 265
- Construct,
repair, and assemble wooden furniture, frameworks, and structures
- Operate
woodworking tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure
precise measurements and high-quality finishes
6. Assistant Technician – KD 173
- Support
senior technicians in daily operations and tasks
- Assist
in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Maintain
tools, equipment, and work area organization
7. Security Supervisor – KD 265
- Supervise
and coordinate security staff at assigned locations
- Ensure
safety protocols are followed and incidents are reported
- Monitor
surveillance systems and maintain access control
8. Cleaning Supervisor – KD 265
- Oversee
cleaning staff and schedules for assigned areas
- Ensure
cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Conduct
inspections and provide guidance to cleaning teams
9. Cleaner (General) – KD 152
- Perform
routine cleaning of offices, buildings, or designated areas
- Sweep,
mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces
- Maintain
cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs
📌 Requirements:
- Must
be currently residing in Kuwait
- Transferable
Article 18 visa is mandatory
- Relevant
experience for each role is preferred
- Punctual,
