🔍 Role Overview
As an Internal Auditor, you will play a key role in
reviewing financial and operational processes across various departments. Your
work will help ensure compliance with company policies, strengthen internal
controls, and support management with reliable insights and recommendations.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
internal accounting and financial audits across departments
- Review
financial records, transactions, and documentation for accuracy and
compliance with Kuwait Airways policies
- Identify
gaps, inconsistencies, or improper accounting practices and investigate
root causes
- Analyze
the design and effectiveness of internal controls, operational
efficiency, and financial reliability
- Work
closely with external auditors, supporting quarterly reviews and
annual audit activities
- Prepare
audit findings, reports, and recommendations for management review
- Study
departmental records and processes; conduct interviews where needed to
ensure compliance
- Build
and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and
business units
- Support
continuous improvement by recommending process and control enhancements
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA
and/or CIA certification is highly preferred
- Previous
experience in internal audit or financial review is an advantage
