Kuwait Airways will boast the youngest commercial airline fleet in the world.In this role, you will assistsand participate in a variety of E-Commerce Market Sales and Research activities, including the preparation of Internet customer surveys, data analysis and compilation, and E-Commerce sales revenue monitoring.
- You are to assist in the preparation of analytical studies of E-Commerce database and contribute to the development of E-commerce strategic plans of market segmentation and market mix to determine market, direct distribution, market share, product branding and promotion, online advertisements, marketing analysis and research.
- You will monitor internet booking engines closely to ensure availability, correction of web fares, payment process, and immediate processing of immediate booking emails.
- You are to study and analyze all incoming emails and surveys carefully and produce statistical reports and recommendations regarding customer requirements and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration of Science/ Marketing & Sales / Economics
- Certificates in Reservation, Sales, and related computer programs or equivalent
- One (1) years' airline on job training in sales and marketing activities
- Proficiency in Analytical Management Tools
- Proficient in English

🔹 Role Overview
The Assistant Researcher – E-Commerce will assist in
a variety of e-commerce and digital sales activities, contributing to the airline’s
online revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market research efforts.
You will work closely with the E-Commerce and Sales team to analyze online
market trends, monitor sales performance, and provide insights for strategic
decision-making.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Assist
in conducting E-Commerce market research, including customer
surveys, online data collection, and sales analysis.
- Support
the development of strategic E-Commerce plans, including market
segmentation, product branding, online promotions, and distribution
strategies.
- Monitor
internet booking engines (IBE) to ensure availability, correct web
fares, smooth payment processes, and timely processing of booking emails.
- Analyze
incoming customer emails and survey data to produce statistical
reports and recommendations regarding customer satisfaction and
requirements.
- Contribute
to reports on online sales revenue trends, market share, and
competitor analysis.
- Collaborate
with the marketing and sales teams to optimize digital campaigns and
online customer experience.
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales, Economics, or
related field
- Certificates
in Reservation, Sales, or related computer programs (preferred)
- Minimum
1-year airline on-job training in sales or marketing activities
- Proficiency
