Kuwait Airways will boast the youngest commercial airline fleet in the world. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing pricing and revenue management data.
- You are to coordinate with different internal departments to collect data. You are to arrange for interviews and/or meetings with travel agents, government representatives and outstation managers as directed by your supervisor.
- You are to create presentations and reports to reflect the different types of data collected to assist the supervisor in setting direction and expectations.
- You are to follow-up with reports issued by both the finance department and the outstations among others to compare yield and sales percentages.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing
- Four (4) years of experience in similar field in the aviation industry
- Proficient in Arabic and English
- Proficient in MS Office

🔹 Role Overview
The Senior Researcher – Yield Management will play a
critical role in analyzing pricing, revenue, and sales performance data to
support effective yield and revenue management strategies. The role requires
close coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to
ensure accurate data collection, meaningful analysis, and actionable insights
for senior management.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
in-depth research and analysis of pricing, yield, and revenue
management data across routes and markets.
- Coordinate
with internal departments (Finance, Sales, Commercial, Outstations)
to collect and validate relevant performance data.
- Arrange
and participate in interviews and meetings with travel agents,
government representatives, and outstation managers as directed.
- Prepare
professional reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing
research findings and revenue trends.
- Analyze
and compare yield and sales performance using reports issued by
Finance, Sales, and Outstation teams.
- Support
management in identifying revenue improvement opportunities,
pricing inefficiencies, and market performance gaps.
- Monitor
historical and current performance indicators to support strategic
planning and forecasting.
- Ensure
accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all commercial and financial
data handled.
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related
discipline
- Minimum
4 years of experience in yield management, revenue analysis, or a
similar role within the aviation industry
- Proficiency
in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong
working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint,
Word)
