reliable IT Administrator for one of our valued clients in Bahrain.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on
with IT systems — the kind of person who likes fixing problems before they
grow, keeping networks running smoothly, and being the go-to support when
things need attention. Some days will be calm, others busy… but never boring.
🧑💼 Job Title:
IT Administrator
🔧 Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Manage
and support the company’s IT infrastructure on a daily basis
- Handle
networking environments including LAN, WAN, VLANs, SD-WAN, VPN, and
Tailscale
- Maintain
and support servers, server rooms, and network equipment
- Provide
technical support for end-user devices (desktops, laptops,
peripherals)
- Perform
on-site installations, system configurations, and upgrades
- Troubleshoot
hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Provide
after-hours support when required
- Ensure
systems remain secure, stable, and well-documented
🎓 Qualifications &
Experience:
- 3–5
years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and networking
- Strong
practical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- CCNA
or equivalent certification is preferred
- Ability
to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Strong
problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Formal degrees are welcome — but real-world experience and
capability matter most here.
