Location: Sharq, Kuwait
We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Architect
with a strong background in Microsoft technologies to design, build, and
maintain enterprise-grade, high-performance applications. This role is
ideal for someone who enjoys working on complex systems, guiding technical
teams, and translating business ideas into solid, scalable solutions.
You’ll be working closely with experienced analysts,
developers, and business stakeholders, playing a key role in shaping system
architecture and technical direction.
🔧 Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Architect, you will be
responsible for defining system architecture, ensuring application scalability
and performance, and supporting development teams throughout the full software
lifecycle.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Design
and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise
applications
- Define
technical architecture using Microsoft .NET technologies
- Guide
development teams on best practices, coding standards, and architecture
decisions
- Analyze
existing client systems and recommend improvements or re-architecture
where needed
- Translate
business and functional requirements into clear technical designs and
project briefs
- Document
existing systems and newly designed architectures
- Ensure
quality attributes such as performance, security, reliability, and
scalability
- Support
the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions
🛠️ Required Skills &
Experience
- 8+
years of overall IT experience, including 4+ years in a Technical
Architect role
- Deep
architectural and hands-on experience with .NET technologies
- Strong
knowledge of RDBMS systems and SQL programming
- Solid
understanding of software development lifecycle processes
- Experience
working with enterprise-level quality attributes
- Familiarity
with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework and NHibernate
- Experience
with code versioning tools (Git, TFS, etc.)
- Exposure
to jQuery or similar JavaScript technologies is a plus
- Strong
system analysis and documentation skills
- Ability
to clearly communicate complex technical concepts
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
(preferred)
