1️⃣ Operations Manager
Role:

daily operations of all branches
- Ensure
smooth workflow, efficient processes, and high customer satisfaction
- Manage
teams, budgets, and operational KPIs
Requirements: - 3–5
years experience in operations management
- Strong
leadership and communication skills
2️⃣ Branch Managers
Role:
- Manage
a single branch’s performance, staff, and customer service
- Monitor
sales, inventory, and operational efficiency
- Report
to Operations Manager on branch performance
Requirements: - 3–5
years experience in branch or retail management
- Strong
organizational and team management skills
3️⃣ Supervisors
Role:
- Supervise
daily staff activities
- Ensure
smooth operations and adherence to company standards
- Assist
branch managers in achieving operational goals
Requirements: - 3+
years experience in supervision roles
- Leadership
and problem-solving skills
4️⃣ Storekeepers / Purchasing
Officer
Role:
- Manage
inventory, stock control, and procurement
- Ensure
timely replenishment of materials and supplies
- Maintain
