next challenge? A reputed drilling company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced
HR Recruiter to join their creative talent acquisition team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys finding the
right talent, collaborating with hiring leaders, and constantly improving
recruitment processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner
with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and find the best talent
- Manage
full-cycle recruitment for both local and international candidates
- Ensure
a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
- Support
continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes
- Maintain
high service levels and act as a trusted HR advisor
Required Qualifications
- 5+
years of recruitment experience in a high-volume corporate environment
- Experience
supporting internal and external clients
- Oil
& Gas experience is a plus
- Post-secondary
education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- CPHR
designation is an asset
