A reputed construction company in Kuwait is urgently
hiring large-scale manpower for an ongoing Abdali Project.
This is a bulk requirement, and we are looking for experienced, hardworking
candidates who are ready to join immediately.
If you have hands-on construction experience and are willing
to stay in company accommodation, this is a solid opportunity with good pay and
stability.
🔨 Available Construction
Positions
1️⃣ Grinder – 50 Nos
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform
grinding, cutting, and surface finishing of metal materials
- Handle
grinding tools safely and efficiently
- Support
fabrication and welding teams as required
- Maintain
tools and follow site safety procedures
Requirements:
- Experience
in construction or industrial grinding work
- Knowledge
of safety practices
2️⃣ Fitter – 20 Nos
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble,
install, and align mechanical components
- Interpret
drawings and measurements accurately
- Assist
with installation and repair works on site
- Coordinate
with supervisors and engineers
Requirements:
- Proven
experience as a fitter
- Ability
to read basic drawings
3️⃣ Scaffolder – 40 Nos
Job Responsibilities:
- Erect,
modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures
- Ensure
scaffolding is safe and secure
- Follow
safety rules and site standards
- Support
other site activities when required
Requirements:
- Experience
in scaffolding work
- Knowledge
of safety regulations
4️⃣ Helper – 50 Nos
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist
skilled workers on site
- Carry
materials, tools, and equipment
- Support
loading, unloading, and cleaning activities
- Follow
instructions from supervisors
Requirements:
- Physically
fit and willing to work
- Prior
construction experience preferred
5️⃣ Carpenter – 100 Nos
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform
formwork, shuttering, and finishing carpentry
- Measure,
cut, and assemble wooden structures
- Read
drawings and follow specifications
- Maintain
quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Experience
in construction carpentry
- Ability
to work independently on site
6️⃣ Steel Fixer – 50 Nos
Job Responsibilities:
- Cut,
bend, and fix steel reinforcement bars
- Read
bar bending schedules and drawings
- Tie
reinforcement for slabs, beams, and columns
- Ensure
accuracy and structural safety
Requirements:
- Strong
experience as a steel fixer
- Knowledge
of reinforcement work
7️⃣ Mason – 50 Nos
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform
block work, plastering, and brick masonry
- Mix
materials according to requirements
- Ensure
level, alignment, and finishing quality
- Follow
construction drawings and instructions
Requirements:
- Masonry
experience in construction projects
- Good
workmanship skills
8️⃣ Rebar Foreman – 10 Nos
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise
steel fixing and rebar activities
- Coordinate
manpower and daily tasks

work follows drawings and schedules
- Maintain

Requirements:
