Supervisory Roles

Oversee electrical and instrumentation work, manage permits, and guide the team to ensure smooth operations. - Mechanical
Supervisor (Supervision + Permit Applicant) – KD 300
Supervise mechanical teams, coordinate tasks on-site, and make sure all work meets project standards.
Quality & Technical Roles
- QA/QC
(Mechanical / E&I) – 2 positions – KD 300
Inspect work quality, ensure compliance with safety and project standards, and report issues promptly. - Electrical
Technician – 18 positions – KD 130
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems under supervision. - Instrument
Technician – KD 140
Handle instrumentation equipment, perform calibration, and ensure accurate readings. - Mechanical
Helper – KD 100
Assist skilled mechanics with basic installation, maintenance, and material handling tasks. - Electrical
Helper – 6 positions – KD 100
Support electricians with wiring, installation, and simple troubleshooting tasks. - Instrument
Fitter – KD 140
Fit and assemble instruments on-site, ensuring correct installation and alignment.
Foreman Positions

Lead specialized teams in their respective trades, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure work quality.
Skilled Trades
- Multi-Skilled
Welder (Arc + TIG/MIG + Saw) – KD 160
Perform welding in multiple techniques, handle cutting and assembly tasks efficiently. - Spray
Painter – KD 140
Apply protective and finishing coatings to equipment and structures with precision. - Pipe
Fitter – KD 120
Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems according to project specifications. - Rigger

Handle lifting and rigging tasks safely, ensuring equipment and materials are moved correctly. - Scandblaster

Prepare surfaces for coating and painting by sandblasting and surface treatment. - Scaffolder
