About the Role

If you’ve worked in real estate before, you already know —
this job is part hustle, part relationship-building, and part knowing exactly
what your client needs (sometimes before they even say it).
We’re looking for a Sales Executive who can handle
both residential and commercial properties, someone who’s comfortable
talking to individuals and corporate clients, and who enjoys closing
deals just as much as building long-term connections.
What You’ll Be Doing
(Day-to-Day Reality)
No two days will look exactly the same — and that’s kind of
the fun part.
- Selling
residential and commercial properties to individual clients
- Leasing
apartments and office spaces (yes, expect site visits and client meetings)
- Finding
potential buyers and tenants — not just waiting for leads
- Showing
properties, walking clients through details, pricing, and terms
- Closing
deals and guiding clients through contract signing
Now here’s where it gets a bit more interesting…
- Promoting
office subscription packages (serviced, shared, and virtual
offices)
- Reaching
out to businesses — startups, SMEs, corporate clients
- Suggesting
solutions that actually fit their needs (not just selling for the sake of
it)
- Managing
subscriptions, renewals, and upgrades over time
And of course:
- Building
solid, long-term relationships (this matters more than quick wins)
- Giving
honest, practical advice based on market trends
- Making
sure the client experience feels smooth from start to finish
- Coordinating
with internal teams — Operations, Legal, Finance, Customer Success
- Keeping
CRM updated (yes… this part can’t be skipped 😄)
- Sharing
market insights with your manager to help shape strategy

real estate experience is a must
- Valid Kuwaiti
driver’s license

managing, monitoring, and making sure everything works the way it should.
Here’s what your day might look like:
- Handling
produced water and slop water treatment systems (Renapure SW/PW
experience is a big plus)
- Operating
and maintaining oil-water separation systems
- Managing
chemical dosing, filtration, and overall water quality
- Monitoring
system performance and stepping in quickly when something’s off
- Working
with equipment like pumps, valves, and treatment units
- Ensuring
everything is aligned with HSE standards and safety protocols (this
part is non-negotiable)
It’s practical, hands-on work — the kind where your
experience really shows.
🔧 What We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for someone to “learn on the job” here —
this role needs someone who’s been in the field and understands the
environment.
- At
least 5+ years of experience in water treatment within oil &
gas
- Strong
background in produced water / slop water systems
- Familiarity
with offshore, refinery, or oilfield operations
- Good
working knowledge of treatment equipment and processes
- A
strong mindset around safety and compliance

- Warehouse

- Loading

- Steel
structures or industrial fit-outs
- Site-heavy
coordination roles
👉 Experience in the
Kuwait market? That’s definitely a plus.
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering
- Proven
experience in project execution and client coordination
- Ability
to handle multiple live sites (and the pressure that comes with it)
- Strong
understanding of drawings, BOQs, planning, and reporting
- Kuwait
driving license preferred
- Currently
based in Kuwait (preferred)
