Inventory & Cost Controller - Kuwait
- Must be able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost, wastages, pilferage.
- Must be able to perform variance analysis, detailed costing, pricing and other multiple reports.
- Must have thorough knowledge and be able to work independently on various functions of POS system.
- Must have through knowledge on material control, Micros system and menu pricing.
- Must be able to monitor and control warehouse operations.
- Must be able to control inventory and stocks level.
- Must be able to review and verify purchase orders and able to control prices of purchased materials.
- Must be able to track stock expiration and report near to expiry items and advise to superior the required actions.
- Perform any other task as and when required by the management.
Good analytics and reporting skills.
Experience with Accounting System, POS Systems and cost and inventory systems. High-level of
attention to details. Have valid Kuwait driving license and Car.
Only Arab nationals. B.Com with 3 years’ relevant experience.
