3. Organizing Clearance with documentation required
4. Follow up on original Documents from CME
5. Checking on status of urgent products
6. Reporting Discrepancy if any
7. Checking on Finance Invoices if not received
8. Reporting on Price Differences
9. Preparing Customs Duties
10. Preparing Claims (Expenses incurred on the Clearance)
11 Follow-up with Shipping Companies and Courier Companies on the arrival and Invoices
