📌 1️⃣
Production and Maintenance Manager
📍 Location: Kuwait
This is a leadership role. You’ll be responsible for
overseeing production efficiency and ensuring equipment reliability across
operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum
5 years in a managerial position
- Experience
in Mill Operations or Blending Operations (Preferred)
- Strong
background in Equipment Maintenance Management
What You’ll Be Handling:
- Supervising
production schedules and output targets
- Managing
preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Reducing
downtime and improving operational efficiency
- Leading
maintenance teams and technical staff
- Coordinating
with warehouse and logistics for smooth material flow
- Ensuring
compliance with safety and operational standards
This role requires someone who can balance technical
knowledge with leadership skills. You should be comfortable making decisions —
especially when machines stop and production is on the line.
📌 2️⃣
Warehouse and Logistics Manager
📍 Location: Kuwait
This role is about control, organization, and planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum
5 years in a similar managerial position
- Experience
in the Oil Industry is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing
warehouse operations and inventory control
- Managing
logistics and supply chain flow
- Monitoring
stock levels and reporting
- Coordinating
with procurement and production teams
- Ensuring
proper documentation and compliance
If you’ve worked in oil-related industries, you already know
how critical accurate stock handling is. Delays or mismanagement can affect the
entire operation.
📌 3️⃣
Warehouse Controller
📍 Location: Kuwait
This is a hands-on operational role.
Requirements:
- Minimum
7 years of experience in warehouse operations (Mandatory)
Key Duties:
- Monitoring
daily warehouse activities
- Supervising
material receiving and dispatch
- Inventory
tracking and reporting
- Coordinating
loading/unloading activities
- Ensuring
proper documentation and system updates
They’re looking for someone detail-oriented. Someone who
notices when numbers don’t match.
📌 4️⃣
Mill Production Controller
📍 Location: Kuwait
This position requires solid milling operations experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum
7 years’ experience in milling operations (Mandatory)
- Engineering
background is required
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring
production processes in mill operations
- Ensuring
output meets quality and quantity targets
- Coordinating
with maintenance for operational efficiency
- Preparing
production reports and performance data
- Identifying
process improvements
This is not an entry-level production role. You should
understand plant flow, equipment behavior, and production metrics.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in IT support or system
administration
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing
technical support to users via phone, email, remote tools, or
on-site visits
- Installing,
configuring, and maintaining hardware (PCs, laptops, printers,
servers) and software applications
- Troubleshooting
network issues including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewalls
- Performing
system updates, patches, and backups to ensure security and
reliability
- Managing
Microsoft 365, email accounts, and user access controls
- Configuring
and maintaining routers, switches, and firewalls (FortiGate,
Sophos, SonicWall, etc.)
- Monitoring
and maintaining servers, storage, and backup solutions, including
cloud and NAS systems
- Supporting
cybersecurity practices, such as antivirus, MFA, endpoint
protection, and compliance checks
- Maintaining
IT documentation and updating the knowledge base regularly
- Following
the ticketing system and updating tickets promptly
- Assisting
with IT projects like migrations, upgrades, and new system
deployments
- Coordinating
with vendors and service providers for procurement, support, and
escalations
- Providing
on-call and after-hours support when required
- Staying
up-to-date with new technologies and completing relevant certifications
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma
or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related
field
- 1–2
years of IT support or system administration experience
- Strong
knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office/365, and Active Directory
- Familiarity
with networking concepts: TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP
- Experience
in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, VPNs, and managed
switches
- Basic
knowledge of backup solutions (Synology, Veeam, Azure Backup, etc.)
- Excellent
problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability
to work independently, multitask, and manage priority issues
🎓 Preferred

- CompTIA
A+, Network+, Security+
- Microsoft
Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
