experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah
(RAK), UAE.
If you have a strong background in international standards,
offshore projects, and quality systems, this is the role for you.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Review
tender submissions, technical requirements, scopes, and project
specifications
- Prepare
and review ITPs, quality procedures, and method statements
- Lead
QC Engineers & Inspectors and assign inspection activities
- Interpret
AFC drawings, codes, and standards for acceptance criteria
- Ensure
proper implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Participate
in internal audits and quality assessments
- Coordinate
with Clients, Third-Party Inspectors (TPIs), and internal teams on quality
matters
- Support
HSSE initiatives, participate in toolbox talks, and ensure proper incident
reporting
- Monitor
and maintain quality statistics, including NCRs and defect rates
🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 12–15
years of international Oil & Gas / Offshore / Rig / Shipbuilding
experience
- Certifications:
CSWIP 3.2 or AWS SCWI, ISO 9001
- Strong
knowledge of international codes & standards
- Excellent
communication, leadership, and team management skills
