1️⃣ Electrical Supervisor – (2
Positions)
An Electrical Supervisor plays a key role in keeping
building power systems reliable and safe. From lighting panels to distribution
boards, you’ll be responsible for making sure everything operates the way it
should.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise technicians performing electrical maintenance
and repairs
• Inspect electrical systems such as switchgear, panels, lighting circuits, and
power distribution
• Ensure maintenance activities follow safety standards and electrical
regulations
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve electrical faults quickly
• Plan preventive maintenance to avoid system failures
• Prepare reports and update management on maintenance progress
What the Company is Looking For
• Experience supervising electrical maintenance teams
• Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical plans
• Good communication and leadership skills
2️⃣ HVAC Supervisor – (2
Positions)
In Kuwait’s climate, HVAC systems are absolutely essential.
This role focuses on ensuring cooling systems work efficiently throughout the
facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC
systems
• Monitor chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot cooling system issues and guide technicians during repairs
• Ensure systems operate efficiently to reduce downtime and energy consumption
• Maintain service records and technical reports
What the Company is Looking For
• Hands-on experience with commercial HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge
• Experience leading HVAC maintenance teams
• Understanding of safety procedures and operational standards
3️⃣ Plumbing & Fire Fighting
Supervisor – (2 Positions)
This role focuses on two critical systems inside any
building: water supply and fire protection. The supervisor ensures both
systems are maintained properly and ready whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise maintenance of plumbing systems, pipelines,
pumps, and drainage networks
• Oversee fire fighting systems including sprinklers, hydrants, fire pumps, and
alarms
• Coordinate inspections and preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and fire protection regulations
• Respond quickly to plumbing or fire system emergencies
• Maintain records of system inspections and maintenance work
What the Company is Looking For
• Experience with building plumbing and fire protection
systems
• Strong knowledge of pumps, valves, pipelines, and sprinkler systems
• Ability to manage maintenance teams effectively
• Familiarity with safety standards related to fire protection
4️⃣ Health & Safety Officer –

Required Skills & Experience:
- Diploma
/ BE / B.Tech in Electronics.

with marine navigation, SAS, and pipe-laying equipment.
