IT Support Engineer Job in Kuwait (Temporary – 6 Months)
About the Role
We’re hiring on behalf of a client in Kuwait that simply needs someone reliable — someone who knows their way around systems and doesn’t panic when things go sideways.
It’s not one of those overly complicated roles where everything is buried under layers of process. Here, the work is straightforward: keep things running, fix what breaks, and support the people who depend on these systems every day.
If you’ve worked in IT support before, you already know the rhythm… some days are smooth, others keep you on your toes.
What the job actually looks like
This is a temporary IT Support Engineer role for 6 months.
From day one, you’ll be involved in real tasks — not just observing or waiting
around.
You’ll spend most of your time handling systems, solving
issues, and making sure everything stays up and running.
On a typical day, you might:
- Set up
or maintain Active Directory environments
- Work
with Windows Servers and Exchange Servers
- Troubleshoot
issues when something stops working (and yes… it will happen)
- Support
users — sometimes it’s technical, sometimes it’s just helping someone
figure things out
- Keep
systems updated, stable, and secure
Some days will be quiet. Others… not so much. That’s IT.
What we’re looking for
We’re not just ticking boxes here, but there are a few
things that matter:
- A Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- CCNA
and CCNP certifications (these are important for this role)
- Hands-on
experience with Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Windows Server,
Exchange)
- Someone
who can stay calm, think clearly, and fix problems without
overcomplicating them
If you’re the type who people call when something isn’t
working… you’ll probably fit in well.

About the Role
We’re currently looking for Security Staff to join
our team in Kuwait.
This role is pretty straightforward — you’ll be responsible
for maintaining a safe and secure environment, keeping an eye on things, and
being present where it matters.
If you’re someone who’s alert, dependable, and takes
responsibility seriously, this could be a good fit.
Working Hours (so you know what to expect)
The schedule is structured, but it does vary slightly across
the week:
- Sunday
to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday:
9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Alternate
Fridays (at Arraya): 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
You’ll also get 2 alternate Fridays off each month,
so there’s some balance built in.
Work Locations
Your work location will depend on the day:
- Sunday
to Thursday + Saturday: DAA
- Alternate
Fridays: Arraya
So yes, a bit of movement — but all within Kuwait City.
Salary
- KWD
150 per month
