We’re on the lookout for talented, hands-on professionals to
join our Oil & Gas projects in Kuwait. If you’ve got real experience
in refinery, petrochemical, or marine operations and you’re ready to
step into a role where your skills truly matter – we want to hear from you.
We’re hiring for several key positions, and here’s what that
looks like:
1️⃣ Rotating Equipment Technician
Are you the type of person who loves tinkering with engines,
pumps, and turbines – and seeing them run perfectly under your care? This role
is for you.
What we need from you:
- Technical
Diploma (or equivalent).
- At
least 10 years of hands-on experience with rotary equipment.
- Proven
ability to maintain and troubleshoot rotary machinery.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be responsible for keeping our rotating equipment in top shape –
everything from motors to pumps to turbines. Your expertise will ensure
operations run smoothly and safely, and you’ll work alongside a team
that values your experience.
2️⃣ Operation Control DCS / CCR –
Marine / Offshore
If monitoring operations from a control room, coordinating
vessel loading/unloading, and ensuring everything flows without a hitch sounds
exciting – this role is calling your name.
Requirements:
- Technical
Diploma or Degree.
- Minimum
12 years of marine and refinery operations experience
(loading/unloading vessels, jetties, sea islands).
- Strong
understanding of refinery operations, with hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
You’ll manage day-to-day operations in the control room, oversee marine
operations, and make real-time decisions that keep the refinery and offshore
activities running efficiently. Your knowledge of safety, efficiency, and
problem-solving will make you a key part of the team.
3️⃣ Electrical Supervisor
You know your way around transformers, high-voltage systems,
and industrial electrical setups – and you’re ready to take charge of a team.
Requirements:
- Engineering
Diploma.
- 15+
years of experience with electrical systems in industrial or refinery
settings.
Responsibilities:
You’ll supervise electrical maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and
ensure that our systems stay up and running. You’ll also mentor junior
engineers and technicians, helping the team grow while maintaining strict
safety and quality standards.
4️⃣ Instrument Supervisor
Precision, attention to detail, and experience – that’s what
makes this role exciting.
Requirements:
- Engineering
Diploma.
- Minimum
12 years of experience maintaining instrumentation in refinery or
petrochemical settings.
Responsibilities:
You’ll lead instrument maintenance activities, calibrate systems, and ensure
that all measurements and controls are accurate. Your work will directly impact
plant efficiency, safety, and performance, making you a vital part of
operations.

in a refinery or petrochemical plant. Leadership skills, strong technical
knowledge, and familiarity with sulfur plants, tank farms, and marine

10. BMS Supervisor
- Oversee
Building Management Systems (BMS) operations.
- Lead
a team to ensure automated systems work flawlessly.
11. BMS Technician
- Hands-on
