Hiring a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager!
We are looking for an experienced procurement & supply chain manager to ensure our purchase, supply chain and logistics operations function properly.

Main Responsibilities:
– Develop the company’s procurement and supply chain strategic plans.
– Evaluate and report on KPIs.
– Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
– Establish a cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
Requirement:

– Experience: Minimum 5 years in Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics-
Managerial Level.
– Nationality : Any.
– DOJ: Immediately.
– Salary Package: to be determined based on the interview.

Arabi Co., Kuwait is looking for
1- Purchasing Manager.
to join our team (from inside Kuwait Only);
Qualifications and Competencies are as follows:-
Preparing purchase order for foreign and local.
Negotiation with suppliers on prices/ payment & other terms.
Verifying order acknowledgments and notify the discrepancies if any.
Follow up the suppliers until they dispatch the materials including shipping documents.
Receiving copy of shipping documents from the suppliers and verifying whether it is complying with our purchase orders as well as customs regulation or not.
Follow up the local and foreign shipping companies until receive the shipment arrival notification.
Submitting the original shipping documents along with arrival notification for clearance and subsequent follow up until receive the goods.
Interact with courier companies for courier shipments both import & export.
Receiving copy of GRN from stores. Notifying the discrepancies to the suppliers and follow up until solve the issue.
Agency review, correspondence, registration.
Provide guidance and information in the areas of operation, procedural changes
and work instruction.
Manage overall activities of local and International procurement in all areas of
operation.
Contribute to the management and monitoring of annual budget allocation and
control of local/International procurement in accordance with company policies
and procedures and levels of authority.
Assist buyers with issue arising during the coordination of procurement activities
with finance and Admin Dept. and Project Managers in relation to order payments.
Provide input to the development of processes and procedure to enhance and
streamline procurement activities.
Review the commercial terms and conditions of order and give guidance to
Project Managers as to the relationship between payment terms and approvals.
Study existing procurement process to introduce global best practices and
concepts.
Identify sources of supply for materials not available locally and to streamline and
accelerate operations.
Involve an aware about shipping, cargo services and custom clearance.
Safeguard company`s financial rights.
Purchasing Manager Requirements:-
Must be organized and punctual.
Well-presented and professional.
Problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail
Strong organizational and communication skills
7 Years’ Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
