Position: Operations Manager – F&B
Location: Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
and supervise operations across multiple restaurant brands
- Manage
P&L, budgets, and cost control for each outlet
- Drive
operational efficiency and ensure high-quality service standards
- Motivate,
coach, and develop restaurant managers and staff
- Oversee
scheduling, inventory management, and operational workflows
- Maintain
excellent communication with stakeholders and senior management
Requirements:
✔ 7–9 years of experience in F&B
operations, with 3+ years in management
✔ Proven experience managing multiple brands
✔ Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and cost
control
✔ Exceptional leadership, communication, and
organizational skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office
✔ Fluent in English & Arabic

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee

dine-in and delivery services
- Manage
P&L, cost control, and operational KPIs
- Lead,
mentor, and coach Restaurant Managers and frontline teams
- Monitor
delivery performance, service quality, and handle customer complaints
effectively
- Implement
strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team
performance
- Be a
hands-on leader—jump in, solve problems, and inspire your team every day
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 4 years experience
as a Restaurant Area Manager / Multi-Unit Manager
✔ Strong experience in dine-in & delivery
operations
✔ In-depth understanding of delivery platforms,
KPIs, service time, and customer satisfaction
✔ Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, cost
control, and P&L management
✔ Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach
and develop teams
✔ Must be a local hire (currently based in Kuwait)
and available for immediate joining
