Yard Manager – Ship Repair / Shipbuilding
This role sits at the heart of the yard’s operations. The
Yard Manager oversees daily shipyard activities, coordinates teams across
departments, and ensures projects stay on schedule. You’ll manage manpower,
equipment, and resources while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Project Engineers – Ship Repair / Shipbuilding
Project Engineers will plan, coordinate, and supervise
repair or construction activities for vessels. Expect to work closely with
supervisors, production teams, and clients to make sure projects move smoothly
from planning to completion.
Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager focuses on expanding
shipyard operations by securing new repair and construction contracts. This
role involves building client relationships, preparing proposals, and
identifying opportunities in the marine industry.
Ship Repair Estimators
Estimators analyze repair requirements and prepare accurate
cost estimates for ship repair projects. They review technical drawings,
calculate labor and materials, and coordinate with engineering teams to create

Naval Architect
