We’re searching for a Legal Officer who’s sharp, detail-oriented, and comfortable dealing with everything from regulatory requirements to day-to-day legal inquiries.

Think of this role as the company’s legal backbone — you’ll keep us compliant, protected, and well-informed.

🌟 What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Manage all legal matters related to the company — from corporate documentation to compliance needs.
  • Ensure the company meets every legal and regulatory requirement mandated by the State of Kuwait.
  • Maintain regular contact with local authorities, ministries, and regulatory bodies, keeping the company updated on any new rules or changes that affect operations.
  • Make sure all licenses, permits, approvals, and statutory documents are updated and renewed on time.
  • Subscribe to and manage legal publications and official circulars, ensuring that relevant departments are aware of new laws or updates.
  • Prepare, organize, and provide supporting documents requested by external legal consultants, auditors, or authorities.
  • Advise management on legal risks, regulatory changes, potential issues, and best courses of action.
  • Report any non-compliance issues identified across corporate offices, workshops, warehouses, manufacturing units, and project sites.
  • Keep accurate records of communication with government entities and regulatory bodies.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal teams seeking clarity on legal processes or requirements.
