Coordinate with various shareholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
Operational experience in on street & off street Car Park Management.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience less than 5 years in car park management or a similar operational role.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Coordinate project activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely execution.
Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and proactively address challenges during project implementation.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
Conduct post-project evaluation and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
Project experience in on street & off street Car Park Management
Bachelor’s degree in project management, or a related field.
Proven experience less than 3 years in car park management.
Proven track record in successfully managing complex projects, preferably in the car park management industry.
