– One who plan, design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures
• Analyze photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints
• Inspect project sites to ensure they meet relevant codes and are progressing properly
• Managing, directing and monitoring progress during each phase of a project
• Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements.
• Min 10 plus years of relevant experience in real estate or construction co
• Bachelor degree in civil engineering or Masters in civil engineering
• Good communication, Extensive AutoCAD experience
• Highly developed team management and leadership skills
• The ability to think methodically and to manage projects
• Languages: Excellent command of English and Arabic is must
• Residence Location: Kuwait, Preferred Arabic nationalities
• Total Salary: Company standard
