We’re on the lookout for a Compliance Officer who’s
sharp, diligent, and ready to make an impact in the exchange industry. This
role is perfect if you love digging into regulations, keeping systems in check,
and helping a team stay on top of their game.
Here’s what the job looks like:
- Strong
knowledge of the banking system.
- Analytical,
detail-oriented, and excellent reasoning skills.
- Monitoring
non-compliance transactions and raising non-conformity alerts.
- Keeping
the compliance manual up-to-date with Kuwait Central Bank regulations
and ensuring staff are trained.
- Overseeing
AML and Anti-Fraud Compliance responsibilities.
- Tracking
suspicious transactions and reporting to legal or Central Bank
authorities.
- Conducting
compliance audits and delivering timely reports.
- Access
and review all transactions, supporting documents, remittance, and foreign
exchange agreements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate
or Postgraduate (Preference for CAMS certification).
- 5–6
years of experience as a Compliance Officer.
- Fluent
in English and Arabic (mandatory).
- 18
transferable visa only, ready for immediate transfer.
- Immediate
joiners or candidates who can join within 1–1.5 months.
