🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assistant Researcher, you’ll support the pricing and
sales team in market research and statistical analysis. Your work will
directly impact pricing strategies and revenue decisions for the airline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist
in collecting and analyzing market and pricing data
- Prepare
surveys and questionnaires to gather competitive intelligence
- Schedule
and coordinate interviews with agents, government officials, and KAC
outstation managers
- Compile
and organize survey results into charts, tables, and reports
- Support
the team in evaluating pricing policies, discount rates, and special group
fares
- Track
seat utilization, revenue breakdown, and fares to provide accurate data
for decision-making
- Work
closely with supervisors and senior researchers to provide insights and
recommendations
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves
numbers, trends, and the aviation industry.
👤 Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Marketing, or Statistics
- Minimum
1 year of relevant experience (job training in airline market
research is acceptable)
- Proficient
in English (spoken & written)
- Skilled
in Excel and PowerPoint

- Able
to work under pressure and meet deadlines
