About the Role – Specialist (B) Yield Management
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of revenue
optimization and pricing strategy. Your work will help ensure that Kuwait
Airways balances competitiveness with profitability—especially in changing
market conditions.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams,
analyze market behavior, and translate data into actionable yield policies.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
As part of the Yield Management team, you will:
- Develop
and implement yield policies aligned with departmental budgets and
market benchmarks
- Analyze
market data and competitor behavior to support pricing decisions
- Coordinate
closely with the Sales Department, sharing yield policies and
market trend insights
- Design
and conduct market surveys to benchmark competitors
- Define
and price sub-classes within Economy Class, ensuring optimal
revenue performance
- Monitor
and analyze the performance of travel agencies, comparing actual
results against assigned targets
- Prepare
reports and insights to support management decision-making
In simple terms—you’ll help decide how seats are priced,
where revenue can be improved, and how the airline stays competitive.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s
degree in:
- Business
Administration
- Marketing
- Or
an equivalent discipline
- Minimum
6 years of experience in:
- Pricing
and
- Yield
management within the aviation industry
- Strong
proficiency in Arabic and English
- Good
command of Microsoft Office tools
