🔹 Key Responsibilities
As a Researcher – Pricing and Procedure, you will:
- Conduct
market pricing studies, collecting and analyzing critical data on
fares, seat utilization, and route performance.
- Assist
Senior Researchers and Supervisors in preparing detailed plans,
reports, and statistical analyses.
- Develop
survey questionnaires and coordinate surveys with agents,
government officials, KAC outstation managers, and other key market
contacts.
- Provide
market intelligence to support pricing decisions, including
discount rates, incentive schemes, and special group fares.
- Collaborate
with the Sales and Routes Performance Section to gather statistics
for accurate fare decision-making.
- Maintain
accuracy and integrity in data collection, analysis, and reporting to aid
strategic pricing recommendations.

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years in airline market research, pricing, or related

- Excellent

piping isometrics, equipment sketches, and mechanical drawings
using AutoCAD and VISIO.

specifications.
- Collaborate
with engineers and project teams for timely completion of mechanical
drafting tasks.
- Maintain
organized documentation and version control of all drawings.
- Support
project teams in refinery, petrochemical, or fertilizer industry
projects.
🎓 Requirements /
Qualifications
- Diploma
in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent OR high school with AutoCAD
(Mechanical) certification.
- Mandatory:
AutoCAD certification for this role.
- Experience:
- Diploma
holders: 5–8 years relevant drafting experience.
- High
school + AutoCAD: 8–10 years relevant drafting experience.
- Minimum
3 years of AutoCAD/VISIO drafting experience in piping and
equipment sketches in refinery, petrochemical, or fertilizer projects.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Salary:
350 KD per month (fixed)
- Food
Allowance: 30 KD per month
- Accommodation
Allowance: 52 KD per month
- Transportation:
Provided by the company
- Overtime:
As applicable
- Air
Ticket: 100 KD after every 2 years for vacation
