VACANCY FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
VACANCY FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERS KuwaitMechanical Engineers Required – HVAC Projects | Kuwait 🇰🇼
Location: Ahmadi, Kuwait
Posted by: Recruitment 9
We’re currently hiring Mechanical Engineers for a
well-established air conditioning and refrigeration company in Kuwait.
The company handles a mix of installation, maintenance, and project work, and
they’re expanding their HVAC team.
Whether you’re a seasoned HVAC engineer or a fresh
mechanical graduate looking to get real site exposure, there are openings at
multiple levels.
🔹 Senior HVAC Engineer
(5–6 Years Experience)
Openings: 2
Salary: KWD 700 – 800
This role is for engineers who are comfortable taking charge
on site.
You’ll be responsible for running HVAC activities from the
ground up — planning the work, guiding technicians, solving technical issues,
and making sure systems are installed and commissioned properly. You’ll deal
with chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping — the full picture.
You should be confident reading drawings, coordinating with
consultants, and keeping work moving without constant supervision. Mentoring
junior engineers and maintaining safety and quality standards will be part of
your daily routine.
🔹 HVAC Engineer (3–5
Years Experience)
Openings: 2
Salary: KWD 500 – 650
This is a solid mid-level position for engineers who already
understand site work and want to grow.
You’ll handle day-to-day HVAC execution, support testing and
commissioning, coordinate with technicians, and report progress to senior
staff. You won’t be stuck behind a desk — this is hands-on site work where your
technical skills actually matter.
If you’re reliable, organized, and know how HVAC systems
come together on site, you’ll fit in well.
🔹 Junior HVAC Engineer
(1–3 Years Experience)
Openings: 2
Salary: KWD 400 – 450
This role is designed for engineers who are still building
confidence and experience.
You’ll work closely with senior engineers, assist with
installations, inspections, measurements, and documentation, and gradually take
on more responsibility as you learn. It’s a practical role — you’ll be on site,
seeing how systems are installed, tested, and maintained.
A good opportunity if you want to learn properly, not just
watch from the side.
🔹 Fresh Mechanical
Engineering Graduates
Freshers are welcome.
If you’ve recently graduated in Mechanical Engineering
and want to move into HVAC, this is a good starting point. You’ll receive
guidance, hands-on exposure, and time to learn how real HVAC systems work in
the field — from ducting and piping to basic troubleshooting.
What matters most here is attitude, willingness to learn,
and site discipline.
