A company in Fahaheel is looking for experienced people
across different construction roles. Nothing fancy here — just straightforward
site work for those who know their trade and are ready to get started.
If you’ve been working in construction for a while, you’ll
probably recognize most of these roles right away.
Open Positions & What You’ll Actually Do
1) Mason
You’ll be handling brickwork, plastering, and general structural tasks. It’s
the kind of job where precision matters — getting levels right, finishing
clean, making sure everything holds up properly.
2) Tile Fixer
Mostly finishing work — laying tiles, cutting them to fit, aligning patterns,
and making sure the final look is neat. Attention to detail really counts here.
3) Shuttering Carpenter
You’ll be working on formwork for concrete structures. Measuring, cutting,
assembling molds… basically setting the base before concrete is poured.

4) Fabricator (Structural / Pipe)
This role involves cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts for structures
or piping systems. You’ll likely be working from drawings and doing a fair bit
of hands-on fabrication.
5) Welder (5G, 6G TIG & ARC)
If you’re certified and experienced, you’ll be doing welding work on pipes or
structures. Quality and safety are key — no shortcuts here.
6) Electrician
Handling wiring, installations, and basic electrical maintenance on-site.
You’ll be expected to follow safety standards and troubleshoot when needed.
7) Painter
Surface prep, painting, finishing — making sure walls and structures look clean
and properly coated. Simple on paper, but it takes skill to do it well.
8) Civil Foreman
You’ll be supervising the team, managing daily work, and making sure everything
runs as planned. This role needs someone who can lead, not just work.

What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t just “reset passwords and move on.” You’ll be
involved in keeping the company’s entire digital setup stable and functional
across multiple sites.
🖥️ ERP & Systems
Support
You’ll support core business systems like Dynamics AX
2012, HRMS platforms, and the company’s e-commerce system.
- Helping
users with daily system issues (ERP, HR, sales tools, etc.)
- Supporting
upcoming system upgrades and new digital tools
- Acting
as the first point of contact for technical issues across departments
🌐 Network &
Infrastructure Support
A big part of the job is keeping everything connected and
running.
- Installing
and configuring Windows systems on company devices
- Fixing
hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, handheld devices)
- Monitoring
network connectivity across factory and warehouse locations
- Supporting
servers, antivirus systems, and backup processes
🛠️ System Rollout &
Training
You’ll also help the company adapt to new tools and systems.

in software updates and security patches
- Supporting
staff training on new apps and digital workflows
- Keeping
technical documentation and asset records updated
🎯 What They’re Looking
For
They want someone practical — not just theory, but someone
who has actually handled IT problems in real environments.
- Bachelor’s
degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4
years experience in IT support or similar role
- Familiar
with ERP systems (especially Dynamics AX) and HR systems
- Strong
knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics (TCP/IP,
DNS, VPN)
- Experience
with e-commerce systems or mobile app troubleshooting is a plus
- Good
communication skills in English (Arabic is helpful)
- Problem-solver
who can handle pressure when things get busy
- Must
be willing to move between company sites when needed
