Operations & Logistics Officer – Kuwait City
(Full-Time, Immediate Start)

The role (what your days will actually look like)
This isn’t a desk-only job. Sure, you’ll spend time on
reports and emails — but you’ll also be coordinating, following up, fixing
issues before they turn into problems.
One moment you might be tracking a late delivery, the next
you’re speaking with a supplier or checking inventory levels. It’s fast-paced,
sometimes messy… but honestly, that’s what makes it interesting.
🛠️ What you’ll be doing
- Keeping
daily logistics operations running without hiccups
- Tracking
shipments and making sure deliveries stay on schedule
- Coordinating
with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
- Handling
basic reports and operational documentation
- Keeping
an eye on inventory — not too much, not too little
- Finding
smarter, faster ways to get things done
✅ What we’re looking for
We’re not just ticking boxes here — we want someone who can
actually handle the job.
- Male

- Transferable
residency (Article 18)
- Ready
to join immediately (this one matters)
- 2–4
years of experience in operations or logistics
- Good
understanding of supply chain and warehouse flow
- Experience
dealing with local vendors and transport teams
- Comfortable
communicating in English (Arabic helps, but not required)
- Familiar
with MS Office — especially Excel
- A
valid Kuwait driving license is a plus

About the role
If you’ve ever worked in food & beverage, you already
know — timing is everything. Ingredients need to be fresh, deliveries need to
be on time, and costs… well, they always need watching.
That’s exactly where this role comes in. We’re looking for a
Purchasing Officer who understands the rhythm of F&B operations — someone
who can balance quality, cost, and speed without missing a beat.
What your day might look like
It’s not just about placing orders and calling it a day.
One minute you’re negotiating with a supplier over pricing,
the next you’re checking if a delivery arrived as expected — fresh, complete,
and on time. And somewhere in between, you’re keeping an eye on stock levels so
nothing runs out mid-service (because that’s the worst, right?).
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Handle
sourcing and purchasing of food & beverage items
- Negotiate
with suppliers to get the best value — without compromising quality
- Monitor
stock levels and make sure supplies are always available
- Coordinate
deliveries and follow up when needed
- Ensure
all items meet quality standards and compliance requirements
✅ What we’re looking for
We’re after someone who’s practical, sharp, and knows how
things work on the ground.
- Experience
in F&B purchasing or procurement
- Strong
negotiation skills (you know when to push and when to close the deal)
- Good
understanding of suppliers and local market pricing
- Organized,
reliable, and able to multitask
- Based
in Kuwait (local candidates only)
- Ready
to join immediately is a big plus

🛠️ What the job actually
involves
Your day won’t just be numbers on a screen. It’s a mix —
site coordination, measurements, cost tracking, and constant communication with
different teams.
Some days you’ll be deep into quantity take-offs and BOQs…
other days, you’ll be chasing updates, clarifying scope, or adjusting figures
because — let’s be honest — plans change.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare
accurate quantity take-offs and re-measurements
- Develop
and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Apply
standard measurement methods across projects
- Coordinate
with engineers, project teams, and contractors
- Support
cost control and project budgeting
- Handle
multiple tasks while keeping deadlines in check
✅ What we’re looking for
We need someone experienced, steady under pressure, and
confident in their work.
- Bachelor’s
degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum
10 years of experience in quantity surveying
(construction, oil & gas, or civil/earthworks projects) - Strong
hands-on experience with BOQs and measurement methods
- Good
communication skills — you’ll be dealing with different teams daily
- Ability
to manage deadlines without things slipping through
- Currently
in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa
