who can help keep their people side of things running smoothly.
This isn’t just a paperwork-heavy HR role. It’s more about
being involved with the team—supporting employees, keeping things organized,
and making sure everything follows the right process (especially when it comes
to Kuwait labor law).
What You’ll Be Doing
Think of this role as the backbone of daily HR operations.
You’ll be handling a bit of everything, not just one small piece.
- Managing
recruitment and onboarding (from first contact to first day)
- Tracking
attendance, leave, and maintaining employee records
- Supporting
HR admin tasks and assisting with payroll
- Making
sure company policies align with Kuwait labor law
- Handling
employee relations—answering questions, resolving small issues before they
grow
- Supporting
performance processes and general HR coordination
Some days will be routine… others will need quick thinking.
That’s just HR.
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s
degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Previous
HR experience is preferred (but solid understanding matters too)
- Strong
communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable
with MS Office and HR systems
- Good
knowledge of Kuwait labor law (this is important)
- Arabic
and English language skills preferred

projects—KOC North Kuwait Heavy Oil Contract.
This isn’t an entry-level opportunity… it’s a senior role
for someone who has spent years in the field and understands how large-scale
operations actually run. If you’ve been in oil & gas or similar industries
long enough, you’ll know—roles like this come with real responsibility.
The Role – What You’ll Be Handling
As a Contract Managing Engineer (CME), you’ll
basically be at the center of operations—making sure everything runs as planned
(and fixing things when they don’t).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing
the full execution of the contract from start to finish
- Ensuring
smooth day-to-day operations across teams
- Planning
manpower and making sure resources are used efficiently
- Keeping
a close eye on costs (because budgets matter… a lot)
- Making
quick, informed decisions when challenges come up
- Leading
teams and maintaining strong coordination across departments
This is one of those roles where experience really shows.
You’ll be expected to step in, take control, and keep things moving without
constant supervision.
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s
degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering
- Minimum
15 years of experience in maintenance services
(Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, or Refinery sectors) - Strong
leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability
to manage teams and handle pressure in project environments
- Currently
based in Kuwait
- Transferable
