✅ What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar
- Around
8+ years of solid HR experience
- Strong
understanding of Kuwait labor law
- Hands-on

- Comfortable
managing payroll and HR systems
- Good
with MS Office (you’ll use it daily)
- Strong
communication and organizational skills
- Fluent
in Arabic and English
- Must
be in Kuwait with a transferable residency
