Position Overview:
The job holder will be integral part of the finance team providing clear, accurate and insightful business/financial analysis. They job holder will also contribute to business planning and be included in project work and or specialist ad hoc reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build an understanding of the value drivers of the business
- Create analytics around key performance indicators to facilitate qualitative reporting. These may include:
- Business performance
- Balance scorecard
- Business develpment opportunities
- Budgets and frecasts
- Market and revenue analysis
- Promotions and pricing
- Capital expenditure approvals
- Cash flow and working capital
- Cost level analysis
- Channel and product profitability
- Provide clear analysis to incorporate within the monthly reports designed to allow management to understand key continuing and developing trends
- Provide support in the business planning and forecasting processes
- Liaise with business managers in areas of expertise and through confident and clear communication develop a trusted partner status through high quality support and decision aiding analysis
Candidate Requirements
- Professionally Qualified – CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 1-2 year experience
- Strong analytical skills; should be capable of identifying and interpreting key business drivers.
- Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts. Previous experience with ERP systems is desirable.
- Self-starter, able to work across functions and in teams. Results-driven, with the ability to perform on unstructured assignments
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Purpose:
The online & Social Media marketing executive will be involved in developing Digital marketing campaigns to promote Safat Home products and services and to support the department by focusing on the execution of marketing strategies as per the business requirement. Individual is accountable for online initiatives under the department’s managers to deliver the below responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Community Management: Responding to customers on social media & online channels
- Coverage: Social Media live & stories
- Posting & Content Creation: Source, Write, Edit & publish engaging content for online channels
- Reporting: Social Media tracking & reporting of owned channels KPIs, competitors and paid ads Secondary Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Social Media Folders
- Support photography studio and sessions
- Updating online flyers
- Liaising with buyers on Social Media for content approval & customer inquiries
- Social Media coverage of marketing events
- Innovating creative video or static content to increase followers engagement
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
- Graduate education
- +2 Years’ experience in a similar function
