Job Purpose
To effectively carry out duties assigned in a timely, accurate manner within the GS Dept. Potential candidates need to be strong communicators, highly organised and have a high degree of customer focus.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for accurate data encoding on relevant ministries forms
- To ensure accurate records transactions are maintained on SAP and GS Systems
- Control, track and report on GS processes related to Local Transfers, Renewal of residencies, Cancellation of Residency
- Maintain, track and report absconding staff.
- Maintain daily and weekly workload reports
- Provide support to the team and general HR Initiative within the team as required.
Skills, knowledge & experience required
- University Graduate
- 4-5 year of related work experience in general admin role.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing in English & Arabic
- Good knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law.
- Knowledge of MS Office solutions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP (Preferred)
- A process orientation, calm under pressure with an ability to solve problems.
