Sr. Customer Service Coordinator
Reports to the Service Delivery Manager and responsable to:
- Provide administrative support for the service teams and manager.
- Maintain targeted response time for all customer complaints by assigning engineers appropriately.
- Improve Engineers productivity to optimise their time effectiveness in providing a quality repairs as per service dept. guidelines and targets.
- Execute customer probing trying to resolve problems over phone.
- Co-ordinate with stores and engineers the on-site logistics support with a focus on machines up time.
- Liaise between service department and other departments; internal as well as external customers.
- Achieve customer satisfaction by meeting the customer requirements as the first line interacting with customer
