Company Overview
We’re currently supporting a busy Oil & Gas project team
here in Kuwait. It’s one of those environments where things move fast… really
fast… and every document matters more than you’d think at first glance.
Drawings, revisions, approvals — everything has to be in the
right place at the right time. Otherwise, work slows down, and nobody wants
that on an EPC project.
Right now, we’re looking to bring in a Document Controller
who’s already in Kuwait and can join immediately. Someone steady, organized,
and used to handling pressure without losing track of the details.
Job Description
This role is all about keeping project information clean,
updated, and fully under control.
As a Document Controller, you’ll be the person making sure
that every file, every revision, every approval is properly recorded and
nothing slips through the cracks. It sounds simple… but in Oil & Gas
projects, it really isn’t.
You’ll be working closely with engineering, procurement, and
project teams. Sometimes things change quickly, documents get updated multiple
times in a day, and you’ll be the one making sure everyone is always looking at
the correct version.
Honestly, this job suits someone who enjoys structure…
someone who gets satisfaction from things being “just right.”
What You’ll Be Doing
Day to day, your work will include things like:
- Receiving
and controlling incoming/outgoing project documents
- Keeping
document numbers, files, and archives properly organized
- Making
sure documents go through the correct review and approval flow
- Tracking
revisions so no one ends up working on the wrong version
- Coordinating
with different teams whenever updates are needed
- Managing
both digital systems (like EDMS) and physical records
- Preparing
document logs and status reports for project review meetings
- Supporting
audits by quickly retrieving required documentation
- And
overall… just keeping everything structured and traceable
What We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for someone “perfect,” but experience here
really matters.
- Diploma
or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Around
3+ years of experience as a Document Controller
- Previous
exposure to Oil & Gas or EPC projects is important
- Familiar
with systems like Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS, or similar
- Strong
attention to detail (this one really counts)
- Comfortable
coordinating with multiple teams and handling pressure
- Knowledge
of ISO documentation standards is a plus

Description – Cook (Hot Kitchen)
This role sits right at the heart of the hotel kitchen — the
breakfast section.
You’ll be responsible for preparing hot kitchen dishes every
morning, making sure guests get fresh, well-prepared meals that meet hotel
standards. It’s a hands-on role… and honestly, quite fast-paced during service
hours.
You won’t just be following recipes — you’ll be expected to
manage your own shift, keep things organized, and make sure everything coming
out of your section looks and tastes consistent.
There’s a bit of independence here too. So if you’re someone
who knows their kitchen well and doesn’t need constant supervision, you’ll fit
right in.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare
hot kitchen breakfast items as per hotel standards and recipes
- Handle
International, Continental, and Oriental breakfast dishes when required
- Make
sure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for service
- Maintain
strict hygiene and food safety practices at all times
- Run
your shift independently while coordinating with the wider kitchen team
- Guide
junior staff when needed — especially with plating and presentation
- Keep
an eye on quality and suggest improvements where possible
- Take
care of kitchen equipment and report any issues quickly
- Support
basic stock handling and inventory checks when required
🧠 Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for someone with real kitchen experience — not
just theory.
- Diploma
or certificate in Culinary Arts OR strong hands-on experience
- Around
4–5 years in Hot Kitchen or hotel/restaurant kitchen roles
- Good
experience in International, Continental, and Oriental breakfast cooking
- Strong
understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
- Able
to manage a shift independently without close supervision
- Good
eye for presentation, taste, and consistency
- Comfortable
working in a busy hotel environment
