HR Officer – Location: KW – Company: Alghanim Industries

Job Summary:

Day to day HR generalist activities, maintaining a pro-active HR service ensuring HR processes are followed with a great focus on Recruitment and selection, On-boarding, and Off-boarding.

Job Responsibilities:

Takes charge of full recruitment & On-boarding process; ensures delivery of quality hires
Responsible for screening candidates and completing the hiring process due diligence.
Responsible for efficient onboarding and off-boarding process on the HR system.
Sources, screens, and interviews employees in entry and associate level roles.
Responsible for the administration of recruitment documents and hiring actions.
Works with Business Admins to ensure leave schedules are maintained and adhered to.
Creates standard reports on HR metrics on a monthly/quarterly basis
Maintains employee master data on Talent Hub
Works closely with the business heads/Line Managers in monitoring performance of staff and ensures development plan in place
Support succession planning, organizational movements, and career planning
Maintaining, reporting, and analyzing HR data
Play a leading role in employee engagement, female diversity, and Kuwaitization initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field.
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
Very strong verbal & written communication skills
Team player
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good command of the English Language, the Arabic language is a plus.
