Requirement : Team Lead (Windows Admin)
Location : Dubai
· Overall industry experience of 8-10 years with at least 5-6 years of experience for handling Windows Server, Active Directory etc. with L2 Server Hardware Troubleshooting experience.
· Windows Server OS Administration & troubleshooting skill
· Thorough knowledge and experience of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy handling
· Knowledge of Exchange Software
· Any Server Backup Software Knowledge
· L1 Knowledge of Network troubleshooting
· Team Handling experience at customer site
· ITIL Process knowledge
· Good Communication and reporting skills
