Job Summary
Ensures effective collection follow-up on Normal portfolio and timely collection of receivables.
Job Responsibilities
1. Make daily telephone calls to overdue customers
2. Request Team Leader to SMS as may be required time to time
3. Highlight issues to Team Leader to resolve issues
4. Make field visit to deliver warning letter to customer home or work place
5. Send Faxes to customer work place
6. Make follow-up notes on customer payment
7. Response to customer query
8. Get new customer contact data through various search and give it to Team Leader for update in system
9. Maintain confidentiality of customer database
10. Daily communication with our customers in all categories.
11. Identify skipper cases and share the details to Team Leader
12. Make a daily update to see which customers have been paid
13. Broadcast the positive spirit among team members
14. Work and prepare all the collection and follow-up customers
Candidate Requirements
Good team player
Familiar with kuwait places to help in warning letter
Skills of research and investigate and should be easy to find any person live in Kuwait.
Able to work under pressure.
Good negotiation or communication skills with different Customers

Documentation Officer

Job Summary
Reporting to the Operations Officer, the Documentation Officer should be able to handle all queries sea & air freight for import shipments for various customers by following up and arranging required services, routing by coordinating with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines and customs clearance teams for smooth execution of jobs. Should assist and enable by raising the standards of organizational operations and provide cost effective services
Job Responsibilities
- Collection of delivery orders from shipping lines, airlines and agents
- Preparation of documents for Delivery Order release
- Preparation of documents for customs clearance
- Data entry, opening of files, cost posting, invoicing and closing of files in online system
- Update respective customers with shipment status reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Customs clearance etc.) to assure day to day execution of jobs.
- To make sure that system is always updated with all the available information and data.
- To maintain reporting to supervisor with ongoing jobs and recommend solutions to streamline the operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification of ‘High School Certificate’ with proven work experience in the same position.
- 2 plus years of experience in a relevant role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and ERP systems.
- Keenness to learn and go getter attitude.
Hands on approach to solve day to day operational issues

To assist customers by enhancing and promoting sales of products and services in the showroom. The job role focuses on obtaining the knowledge and skills to identify and fulfil customer needs, and direct sales transactions to achieve overall sales targets in cash, credit, warranty programs and accessories.
Job Responsibilities
Sales
- Promotes products and services to customers
- Maximizes sales transactions to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strives to achieve pre-set sales targets in cash, credit, warranties and accessories
- Seeks to improve and enhance his/her level of product knowledge
- Ensuring sales opportunities are constantly converted to sales transactions
- Creating sales invoices and mastering BO & POS applications.
Customer Service
- Demonstrate presentable appearance, and a pleasant smiley face
- Provide high level of service to all customers
- Being constantly aware of customer needs
- Interacts with customers in a friendly and honest manner
- Demonstrates high level of product knowledge
- Recommends and encourages customers for best products and services based on their own needs
- Expedites sales process in an effective and efficient manner
- Explains D&I and return and exchange policies to customers
- Avoids harsh arguments and conflicts with customers
Operations
- Being aware of all in-store promotions, discounts, credit, coupons and etc…
- Keeps all company information including sales figures strictly confidential
- Follows all company safety and security procedures
- Conducts regular stock checks and liaising with stock control
- Reports and processes damaged display items to Showroom Manager
- Ensures all products are displayed as instructed/planograms
- Ensures all products in specified areas are accurately priced
- Maintains sales area accessible for customers, clean and tidy
- Conducts price changes as instructed by showroom management
- Masters computer applications (Outlook, SAP, POS & BO)
Candidate Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience,
- Good English language
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
